We will Guarantee your rate for next year! With a deposit of $100.00 and a minimum 3 month stay we will Guarantee your reservation rate. Deposit will be applied to the last calendar stay. A 14 day advanced notice is required for all cancellations or deposit is non-refundable. All specials are required to stay the length of the described special in order to receive the special rate. Discounts shall be applied to the last calendar stay. Management reserves the right to refuse anyone entry into the park.
